Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation seeks a Program Manager II to own energy data across Scope 1–3, from collection through reporting for the Net Zero program. You will lead data analytics, QA/QC, and cross‑functional coordination to support emissions forecasting and disclosures.

The role requires 3–5 years in program management or data coordination with hands‑on experience with large datasets, SQL/Python, and data visualization. Remote work with US-wide opportunities and full benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of program management, data operations, or analytics coordination.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets and data QA/QC.
• Familiarity with corporate GHG accounting concepts (Scope 1–3).
• Strong communication skills for audiences of varying technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Own energy data across Scope 1–3 from collection to reporting handoff.
• Analyze EAC portfolio and support portfolio management and modeling.
• Manage quarterly data pulls, follow-ups, and YoY analyses to keep on schedule.
• QC data pulls, investigate anomalies, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate data flows with cross-functional partners and support forecasting cadence.
• Develop program-management artifacts and executive-ready updates.
• Support quarterly reporting and dashboard creation for leadership.
• Assist external assurance/audit activities with data and documentation.
