Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Program Manager II (Energy Reporting) for a Remote, 6+ month engagement. You will own day-to-day energy data across Scope 1-3, coordinate data QA, and support Net Zero initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data-heavy program management, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and familiarity with GHG accounting. This role emphasizes data accuracy and executive-ready updates, with remote flexibility across the U.S.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in physical sciences, engineering, math, statistics, accounting, business, environment, or sustainability-focused field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, data operations, or analytics coordination, ideally supporting technical or data-oriented teams.
• Direct, hands-on experience working with large datasets - collecting, QA/QC'ing, reconciling, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with corporate GHG emissions accounting concepts (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and the activity data that underpins an emissions inventory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate energy data across Scope 1-3, from collection and QA/QC to reporting handoff to the Net Zero team.
• Analyze Environmental Attribute Certificate (EAC) portfolio; support portfolio management and modeling.
• Maintain recurring data collection, QA/QC, and validation cadence; keep reporting on schedule.
• Investigate data anomalies and reconcile discrepancies across data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate data inputs from source to reporting.
• Support emissions forecasting cadence as data point of contact for the Net Zero team.
• Develop and maintain program-management artifacts: trackers, roadmaps, status reports, executive updates.
• Prepare quarterly reporting decks and dashboards using established templates.
• Assist external assurance/audit activities with data and documentation.
• Triage energy-data inquiries and track progress against KPIs.
