Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Program Manager I for a remote contingent role across sustaining programs. You will own KPI reporting, keep systems updated, and build advanced spreadsheets and models. BA/BS required; 2+ years in consumer hardware preferred.

Strong communication and independent work style are essential for success. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, presenting findings, maintaining tools, and creating/ tracking POs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in consumer hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with detailed plans and direct integration of technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Consolidate KPIs, attendees lists, meeting minutes, and prepare slide decks.
• Maintain internal systems and incident management tooling.
• Create, track, and audit POs.
• Analyze resource needs and market demand to plan projects.
• Consult with management, production and marketing on project specifications.
