Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management professional to lead the delivery of standardized hardware and software services for internal and remote users. You will coordinate across departments, manage imaging and deployment, and drive service improvements in a global endpoint environment.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in endpoint management, strong knowledge of VDI, Active Directory, O365, Windows OS, and a customer-focused, process-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of endpoint services to internal and external users.
• Build relationships with user groups to ensure operational stability and meet business needs.
• Resolve ITIL incidents and problems by analyzing issues and reallocating resources as needed.
• Plan global hardware deployments, OS updates, and security patches across endpoints.
• Provide leadership on technical projects including budget and vendor management.
• Generate KPI reports for endpoint management performance and life-cycle metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships for daily operational needs and escalation handling.
• Improve SOPs/FAQs and communicate outages to the organization.
