Job summary

Intuitive.ai is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own the health, deployment, and lifecycle of our enterprise Windows environment, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs. This hands-on role drives RCA, handles escalated Help Desk tickets, and coordinates with InfoSec and Network teams.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own the health, deployment, and lifecycle of our enterprise Windows environment, spanning traditional SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune (Windows and iOS), and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who drives root cause analysis (RCA), handles escalated Help Desk tickets, and acts as the cross-functional bridge between Endpoint Engineering, Help Desk, Network, and Security teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Core Engineering: Administer SCCM/MECM and Intune (packaging, patching, OSD, compliance, and configuration profiles).
• Cloud & Virtualization: Provision, image, and troubleshoot Windows 365 Enterprise Cloud PCs and leverage Azure fundamentals (Entra ID, basic networking).
• Escalations & RCA: Investigate complex, multi-layered endpoint issues (OS, app, security tool interactions) rather than just treating symptoms.
• Help Desk Partnership: Mentor front-line support, coach on tricky issues, and drive permanent fixes to reduce repeat escalations.
• Cross-functional Liaison: Coordinate with InfoSec (CrowdStrike, GPOs, DLP) and Network teams to isolate issues and implement solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Real-world Windows 365 Enterprise provisioning, imaging, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon (or equivalent EDR), Nexthink telemetry, or VDI migrations.
• Background in a regulated financial services environment.
