Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a skilled Endpoint Management Specialist to join our team in the New York area.

You will own the enterprise EUC environment, with a focus on ConfigMgr and Intune, ensuring secure, compliant endpoints across the organization and its NYPA Azure Virtual Desktop fleet. You will deploy and manage OS and application updates, automate packaging, enforce security baselines, and collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service desk teams to continuously improve endpoint

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale endpoint environments.
• Expertise in SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administration.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Batch) for automation.
• Deep understanding of patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-user computing environment with ConfigMgr and Intune.
• Administer and maintain AVD fleet for NYPA.
• Develop, test, and deploy application packages and scripts.
• Automate software installations and updates across the enterprise.
• Ensure timely OS and third-party updates; monitor patch compliance.
• Enforce device compliance policies and security baselines.
• Monitor endpoint health and generate actionable reports.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service desk teams.
