Xtensys is seeking an Enterprise Services Manager to lead the engineering teams responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and continuously improving Xtensys enterprise endpoint, VDI/DaaS, and Microsoft 365 platforms for healthcare clients.

You will set technical standards, govern change, manage vendor relations, and drive automation while ensuring HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance. This is a remote role with leadership and strategic planning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical engineering teams in an enterprise or managed services environment.
• Strong technical breadth across endpoint management, VDI/DaaS, and Microsoft 365.
• Demonstrated ability to set standards, govern change, and lead projects to completion.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Enterprise Services engineering organization.
• Own reliability, security, capacity, and lifecycle of enterprise platforms.
• Set technical standards and operating procedures aligned with ITIL v4 and compliance requirements.
• Provide Level 3 leadership for major incidents and problems affecting enterprise platforms.
• Oversee design, implementation, and management of VDI/DaaS, endpoint, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Champion automation and standardization through PowerShell and related tools.
• Plan and govern upgrades, migrations, and roadmaps; manage vendor and licensing relationships.
• Define and report on metrics for performance, security, and improvement.
