Job summary

Xtensys is seeking an Enterprise Services Manager to lead the engineering teams responsible for enterprise endpoint, VDI/DaaS, and Microsoft 365 platforms. You will drive reliability, security, and lifecycle management while aligning with ITIL v4 and healthcare compliance standards.

You’ll supervise the Endpoint, Virtual Systems, and M365 Engineering groups, set technical standards, manage vendor relationships, and guide strategic roadmaps to ensure scalable, secure patient-centered technology

Qualifications

• Leadership of engineering teams in enterprise/ MSP context.
• Breadth across endpoint management, AD/GP, VDI/DaaS, and MS 365.
• Healthcare security/compliance familiarity (HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Ability to set standards, govern change, and drive roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Services org via Supervisors; hire, coach, plan workforce.
• Own reliability, security, capacity, lifecycle of endpoint, VDI/DaaS, and M365.
• Set standards, architecture direction, and procedures per ITIL v4 and security rules.
• Serve as senior escalation point for incidents and complex problems.
• Oversee design/management of VDI/DaaS and security posture.
• Champion automation and standardization using PowerShell and related tools.
• Plan projects, upgrades, migrations; develop technical roadmaps.
• Manage vendor/licensing relationships and cost optimization.
• Define metrics for performance, reliability, and governance.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Reliability Ops, Identity, Security teams.
