Job summary

Aureon Consulting is seeking an experienced IT professional to support and enhance a large enterprise Windows endpoint environment. You will manage Windows devices across physical and virtual environments, leveraging Intune, SCCM/MECM, and power-shell automation to improve security and efficiency.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams, document standards, and provide technical support for Windows OS and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows systems in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM/MCM or similar endpoint management.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with packaging and deploying applications.
• Knowledge of Windows security, compliance, and configuration management.
• Experience with Group Policy and modern device-management policies.
• Experience with virtualization and VDI, preferably VMware.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document technical standards.

We’re looking for an experienced IT professional to support and enhance a large enterprise endpoint environment. This role will focus on the technologies and processes used to manage, secure, automate, and support Windows devices across both physical and virtual environments.

You’ll work with modern Microsoft endpoint technologies while also supporting an established Windows infrastructure. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving complex endpoint challenges, improving processes through automation, and working across infrastructure and support teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and enhance Windows endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience administering Windows systems in an enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
• Significant experience with SCCM, MECM, MCM, or similar Microsoft endpoint management technologies
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Experience with application packaging and software deployment
• Knowledge of Windows security, compliance, and configuration management
• Experience with Group Policy and modern device-management policies
• Familiarity with Windows imaging and operating system deployment
• Experience supporting virtual desktop environments, preferably VMware-based
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience developing technical documentation and system standards
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across technical teams

Education & Additional Requirements

• Degree in a technology-related area or a combination of education and relevant professional experience
• Technical certifications are a plus
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements associated with supporting enterprise computing equipment
