Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven associate analyst to protect customers worldwide from advanced threats.

You will work in a CrowdStrike virtual security operations center, handling incidents in real time and expanding your skill set across diverse environments. You will triage alerts, investigate telemetry, and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams, with a focus on AI-enhanced security workflows and continuous improvement in incident

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security or related field.
• Willing to work a 4x10 schedule on-site in hybrid mode.
• Interest or experience applying AI in security operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, concise communications as the first point of contact with customers.
• Produce high quality written and verbal findings to customers and internal teams.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, logs, and artifacts to define scope and support remediation.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity and contain threats with actionable guidance.
