Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks a senior Platform Professional Services Analyst to protect organizations by detecting, analyzing, and responding to incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux. The Gold Standard team optimizes Falcon configurations, drives detection triage, and remediation to Stop Breaches.

The role emphasizes hands-on IR, malware analysis, automation, and content development across CrowdStrike modules, with opportunities to lead, mentor, and engage with customers during security events.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOC, Malware Analysis or IR environments.
• IR incident handling for targeted threats and investigations.
• Background in forensic analysis with multiple tools.
• Systems internals knowledge for countermeasures.
• Network protocols and log analysis expertise.
• Static and dynamic malware analysis capabilities.
• Remediation planning for targeted attacks.
• Secure network architecture and operations background.
• Programming in Python, PowerShell or .NET; willingness to learn more.
• Experience applying AI to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Analyze malware across diverse customer environments.
• Improve detection processes and countermeasure execution.
• Provide high-quality written and verbal customer communications.
• Develop security content and automations across CrowdStrike modules.
