Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking an Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform across U.S. hospitals. You will work with sales reps and clinical staff to integrate the system, build programs, and capture data for benchmarking.

The role requires up to 60% travel, remote/work-from-home flexibility, and a strong ability to manage fast-changing environments while delivering safe, effective training to new users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity amid change.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Knowledge of Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, labs, and first-case series.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with Endoluminal Sales Reps to integrate Ion at new sites.
• Facilitate data capture to create benchmarking metrics (QTI).
• Coordinate with daVinci local sales teams for alignment with stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks (SFDC, expenses).
