Job summary

Intuitive, a leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform for lung biopsy across new customer sites.

You will work with ESRs and hospital leadership to promote safe use, train care teams, and highlight clinical and economic value. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of sales/clinical experience, with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Willing to travel up to 60%.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through learning curves.
• Support training activities including in-services, labs, first-case series, and team development.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with senior hospital staff and physicians to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization.
• Capture data to create QTI and benchmarking metrics.
