Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the Ion platform for lung biopsy.

You will help onboard new users, train teams, and build programs with KOLs to demonstrate clinical, economic, and strategic value. You will work with ESRs and hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites, ensure ongoing use, and participate in data capture for benchmarking.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year sales experience, leadership experience or clinical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and progression through learning curves
• Assist training activities including in-services, training labs, first case series, and team development
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space
• Collaborate with ESRs and hospital staff to integrate Ion at new sites and ensure ongoing utilization
• Capture and analyze procedural data to support QTI and benchmarking metrics
• Coordinate with sales teams to align messaging with stakeholders
• Handle administrative tasks including SFDC data entry and expense reporting
