Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. seeks a U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate to help expand access to the Ion platform for lung biopsy, focusing on early adopters and highlighting the clinical, economic, and strategic value of Ion.

You will provide procedural support, assist training, become a clinical expert in pulmonary oncology, and collaborate with sales teams to integrate Ion at new sites while collecting data to show impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year sales, leadership, or clinical experience.
• Ability to manage complexity and adapt to change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and be near a major airline hub.
• Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression.
• Support training activities including labs and first-case series.
• Become a clinical expert in pulmonary oncology.
• Collaborate with Endoluminal Sales Reps and hospital staff to implement Ion at new sites.
• Capture procedural data for QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Coordinate with daVinci sales teams to align stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks and SFDC reporting.
