Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in the United States seeks a U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Associate to support early adoption of Ion platform, expanding access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy. You’ll assist early users and develop KOL programs.

You will provide procedural support, assist training labs, become a clinical expert in pulmonary oncology, collaborate with surgeons and internal teams, and help capture data to demonstrate value.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Proven record of achievement and leadership.
• Ability to manage complexity in a changing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and be near a major airline hub.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves.
• Support training activities to include in-services, training labs, attend first case series and development of teams and programs.
• Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space.
• Collaborate with ESR’s to integrate Ion at new customer sites and ensure ongoing utilization of the system.
• Facilitate critical user and procedural data capture to create benchmarking metrics.
• Collaborate with daVinci local sales teams to align with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks, SFDC management, submission of expense reports, etc.
