Job summary

Sharetec Systems, Inc. is seeking an Enablement Specialist to deliver structured, scalable training for both internal teams and external credit union clients.

You will run sessions in virtual and on-site settings, develop documentation and asynchronous courses, and collaborate with product experts to enable successful use of Sharetec software. The role is full-time and remote from anywhere in the United States, with up to 30% travel for client training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering instructor-led and virtual training to internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to lead virtual and on-site sessions and develop training content and docs.
• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Travel up to ~30% for on-site and regional client trainings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 12–15 training sessions per quarter across regional and on-site engagements.
• Create and maintain training content, job aids, and asynchronous courses.
• Partner with product experts and Enablement Lead to align trainings with implementations.
• Develop LearnUpon courses and contribute to Salesforce Community Hub.
• Support Professional Services with timely, aligned training for deployments.
