Job summary

Sharetec is seeking an Enablement Specialist to deliver structured, scalable training for internal teams and external credit unions nationwide. You will run sessions in virtual and on-site settings, create documentation, job aids, and asynchronous courses that turn tribal knowledge into lasting learning.

You'll collaborate with product experts and the Enablement Process Lead to simplify delivery, improve adoption, and uncover opportunities to expand client value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering instructor-led and virtual training for internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to lead virtual and on-site sessions and create training content.
• Travel up to ~30% for on-site and regional client training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ~12–15 training sessions per quarter across regional trainings, on-site engagements, Velocity online, and Power Hours.
• Provide timely, aligned training supporting Professional Services delivery projects.
• Equip internal teams with tools, processes, and product knowledge to speak confidently about Sharetec.
• Build training content with product experts, incorporating Voice of the Customer.
• Create and maintain durable documentation, job aids, and interactive activities.
• Develop asynchronous courses in LearnUpon and contribute to Salesforce Community Hub.
• Partner with Enablement Lead to align training with implementations and regional schedules.
