JAC Recruitment seeks a Sales Marketer / New Business Development Manager for a fully remote role across the United States, with focus on the East Coast and Texas regions. You will conduct market research, identify opportunities, and promote EMS capabilities to OEM customers.

You will manage prospecting, relationships, and strategic plans, coordinating with global teams to win RFQs and production programs. Competitive OTE is provided.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or market development.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Identify target industries, customers and opportunities within territory.
• Develop and execute strategic prospecting and customer acquisition plans.
• Present EMS capabilities, facilities and value proposition to prospects.
• Generate RFQs, prototypes and production opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and overseas teams to meet requirements.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and activity reports.
• Represent the company at events and meetings.
• Collaborate with North American and Asia teams to grow business.
