The attorney will work with established partners to develop strategies, supervise team members, and manage all phases of litigation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Significant experience defending employers in class and representative actions, particularly wage-and-hour matters.
• Experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation.
• Experience with employment disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and other workplace issues.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• California or Washington bar admission.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Experience advising clients on day-to-day employment matters.
