The ideal candidate has a J.D., California Bar, 5–6 years of employment law experience, strong writing and advocacy, and the ability to manage matters with direct client responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Approximately 5–6 years of employment law experience.
• Experience providing employment counseling and managing litigation matters.

Responsabilidades

• Advise employers on workplace and personnel issues.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation in state and federal courts.
• Handle matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour compliance, and related claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Participate in case strategy, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop practical, business-oriented solutions.
