Bluebix Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our management-side employment law practice.

This fully remote role requires a strong background in employment litigation, employer defense, and compliance to advise employer clients. The ideal candidate will independently manage complex employment matters, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, respond to audits, and maintain direct client relationships while staying current with federal and state employment

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of employment law experience, including civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and other legal filings.

Responsibilities

• Represent and defend employers in federal and state employment litigation.
• Handle employment-related claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour disputes.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare EEOC position statements and respond to DOL audits, investigations, and administrative agency inquiries.
• Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and factual investigations.
• Advise employer clients on applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Review and revise employee handbooks, workplace policies, and employment compliance procedures.
• Independently manage litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and deadlines.
• Maintain direct client relationships and provide practical, strategic legal advice.
• Monitor developments in employment law and help clients manage legal and compliance risks.
