Jobot is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join our remote legal team. The ideal candidate will handle EPLI matters with a strong background in labor and employment law and excellent litigation skills.

You will conduct in-depth research, draft and negotiate key documents, and develop litigation strategies. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits for a fully remote position.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience in a law firm.
• Admission to state bar in good standing.
• Proven track record in labor and employment disputes and strong advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with tight deadlines and clear communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage EPLI matters for clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and advise on rights and obligations under labor and employment laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Develop effective litigation strategies.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local laws to prevent disputes.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for case management.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and educate clients and colleagues.
