Jobot is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join our dynamic legal team. The chosen candidate will manage EPLI matters and leverage deep knowledge of labor laws with excellent litigation skills.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience in a law firm.
• Admission to state bar in good standing.
• Proven track record representing clients in labor and employment disputes.
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPLI (Employment Practices Liability Insurance) matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on labor and employment laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlements.
• Develop litigation strategies.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to manage cases.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and educate clients and colleagues.
