This remote role supports defense matters across industries, including insurance defense, commercial litigation, and professional liability. You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, handle depositions, and help with trial preparation, with opportunities for client relationships and leadership.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing in at least one listed state.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
• Partner-level candidates should have leadership and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage defense-side civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Represent corporate clients, insurance companies, and businesses.
• Maintain client relationships and collaborate with legal teams.
• Partner-level attorneys will also contribute to business development, practice growth, and team leadership.
