Ogletree Deakins is seeking an attorney with 7+ years of labor and employment experience to join our team as a Counsel on a flexible, remote-friendly basis. The role focuses on counseling a specific group of clients on employment-law matters, including hiring, leave issues, accommodations, discipline, investigations, and wage-hour compliance.

The Counsel will also develop and deliver webinars, and draft or revise policies, handbooks, forms, and checklists.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required; must be licensed to practice law in good standing in any state.
• 7+ years of employment law experience; advise on employment-law related matters; conduct training; draft policies.

Responsibilities

• Counsel on employment-law matters for a specific group of clients.
• Develop and conduct recorded webinars on employment topics.
• Draft and revise policies, handbooks, forms, and checklists.
• Advise on hiring, leave issues, accommodations, discipline, investigations, wage & hour.
