Ogletree Deakins has multiple opportunities for attorneys with 7+ years of labor & employment experience to join the firm to work directly with a specific group of our clients on a variety of employment law matters. This is a flexible opportunity for an attorney to assume the role of a non-shareholder track counsel on a fully remote basis from any location.

The Counsel attorney will have an emphasis on counseling a specific group of clients on employment-law-related matters, including

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and licensed in good standing in any state.
• 7+ years of employment law experience advising clients and drafting policies.
• Experience developing and delivering trainings/webinars on employment topics.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on employment-law matters for a specific client group.
• Develop and conduct recorded webinars on employment topics.
• Draft/revise policies, handbooks, forms, and checklists for clients.
• Collaborate with the firm and participate in learning resources.
