Britelife Recovery is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support HR across states, conduct interviews, resolve workplace issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws. You will partner with the Chief Administrative Officer and oversee talent acquisition and onboarding elements to create a positive employee experience.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3+ years in employee relations or HR, strong documentation, and the ability to learn state and federal

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in employee relations, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proven experience conducting employee interviews and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and develop targeted interview questions.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct employee interviews related to performance concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.
• Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees and leadership.
• Document investigations, findings and outcomes with attention to detail.
• Identify trends and propose solutions to improve engagement and retention.
• Assist in talent acquisition and onboarding activities.
• Ensure onboarding is positive, organized, and welcoming.
