Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive company policies aligned with policies, values and culture.
• Liaise with state and federal regulatory agencies as required.
• Conduct internal investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, accommodation and retaliation.
• Prepare documentation and maintain records for case management.
• Promote knowledge and compliance with industry policies through training and lectures.
• Identify ER data/metrics to drive strategic planning and actions.
