Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to serve as a trusted advisor across retail stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices. You will review disciplinary actions, conduct objective investigations, and provide policy-driven recommendations to leadership and partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to employee relations or workplace investigations, and experience supporting a multi-site workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in employee relations or investigations.
• Experience supporting a multi-site, diverse workforce including retail hourly staff and corporate professionals.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make defensible judgments under pressure.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders and acting as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Review disciplinary action requests and conduct objective investigations into misconduct.
• Provide risk-aware, policy-driven recommendations to leadership and partners.
• Gather and analyze complaint information to support investigative reports.
• Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues and coach staff.
• Identify trends and root causes of workplace conflict and recommend policy updates.
