Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group in the United States seeks an Employee Relations Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert. You will manage complex employee relations issues across stores, distribution centers, and offices, reviewing disciplinary actions and conducting objective investigations.

You will partner with management to resolve issues, gather evidence for reports, and provide policy-driven recommendations while identifying trends to guide training and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years in employee relations or investigations.
• Experience supporting a multi-site, diverse workforce including hourly staff.
• Strong analytical skills and objective judgment for complex cases.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and subject-matter expert on employee relations.
• Review disciplinary action requests and conduct objective investigations.
• Provide risk-informed, policy-driven recommendations to leadership and partners.
• Gather, organize and analyze complaint data for investigative reports.
• Identify trends and advise on training or policy updates; assist with ad hoc tasks.
