Britelife Recovery is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to promote a positive employee experience across the organization. The role includes supporting talent acquisition, conducting interviews, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with state and federal employment regulations across states of operation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience conducting employee interviews and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and develop targeted interview questions.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

Aufgaben

• Conduct employee interviews related to performance concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.
• Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and consistency.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees and leadership.
• Document investigations, findings, and outcomes with strong attention to detail.
• Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement and retention.
• Assist in talent acquisition activities and oversee onboarding for qualified candidates.
• Review resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and prepare follow-up interview questions.
• Determine salary offers with leadership based on company initiatives and market standards.
• Ensure onboarding processes are positive and organized for new hires.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding practices.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal employment laws across operating states.
