Relativity is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex ER cases end-to-end, partnering with Legal, HRBPs, and senior leadership to ensure fair, legally defensible outcomes and scalable processes across the organization.

The role focuses on investigations, performance-related processes, risk mitigation, and governance, with a strong emphasis on policy discipline and organizational health as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus in Employee Relations or HR compliance
• Experience leading workplace investigations independently from intake through resolution
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to manage sensitive, high-risk cases with discretion
• Strong written communication skills with clear, legally defensible documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex employee relations matters
• Provide structure for investigations with evidence synthesis and defensible findings
• Partner with Legal to manage risk and compliance requirements
• Ensure global policy consistency across regions
• Advise on high-risk performance cases with structured processes
• Support discrimination, misconduct, and policy-related matters with fair outcomes
• Coach managers on feedback delivery and documentation
• Collaborate with HRBPs to align ER decisions with talent and organizational goals
• Analyze ER case data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop scalable tools and templates for ER workflows
