Relativity is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to partner with HRBPs, Legal, and senior leadership in navigating complex workplace matters. This role focuses on leading end-to-end investigations, advising on high‑risk performance cases, and ensuring compliant, equitable outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in Employee Relations or HR compliance
• Experience leading workplace investigations independently from intake through resolution
• Working knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage high-risk cases with discretion and sound judgment
• Strong written communication skills with clear, legally defensible documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex employee relations matters including misconduct, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations
• Advise on high-risk performance cases, including PIPs, coaching plans, and involuntary separations
• Partner with Legal to manage risk, escalation thresholds, and compliance requirements
• Ensure consistent policy application across regions considering legal and cultural differences
• Coach managers on feedback delivery and documentation and guide difficult conversations
• Analyze ER case data to identify patterns and drive improvements to playbooks and workflows
• Design and deliver manager education on performance management rigor and fair process
• Own ER governance, escalation pathways, and decision frameworks
