Job summary

Naukri Mitra is seeking a Remote Employee Relations Advisor to champion empathy, equity, and well-being across a global remote workforce. In this fully remote role, you’ll advise on workplace concerns, mediate disputes, and shape policies that reflect a human-first culture.

You’ll support new hires and leaders alike, ensure compliance with labor standards, and coach managers to resolve issues with fairness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years advising or resolving workplace concerns in HR/employee relations
• Proven ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts in digital-first workplaces
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
• HR certification or conflict-resolution certification is a plus
• Strong communication and listening skills across digital platforms
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality
• Diversity & inclusion mindset with commitment to equity

Responsibilities

• Navigate employee concerns with care and empathy
• Mediate disputes and coach managers on resolving challenges in distributed teams
• Advise on HR policies with a lens of equity and ethical practice
