Qualifications

• 3+ years advising or resolving workplace concerns in HR/employee relations
• Proven ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts in digital-first workplaces
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
• HR certification or conflict-resolution certification is a plus
• Strong communication and listening skills across digital platforms
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality

What You Bring to the Role

• Experience in HR or Employee Relations 3+ years advising or resolving workplace concerns in a people-centric environment
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and resolve conflict in digital-first workplaces
• Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Certification in HR or conflict resolution is a plus
• Strong Communication and Listening Skills Ability to clearly and compassionately communicate policies, expectations, and outcomes
• Skilled in both verbal and written communication, across various digital platforms
• Analytical & Ethical Judgment Comfortable analyzing patterns and making decisions that balance business needs with employee care
• Ability to remain impartial and uphold confidentiality in all interactions
