Job summary

Naukri Mitra is seeking a Remote Workforce Analytics Specialist to analyze trends, build predictive models, and support DEI initiatives across global teams. This fully remote role focuses on turning people data into actionable insights, dashboards, and policies that improve engagement, performance, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, or a related domain.
• Minimum of 3 years in workforce metrics, organizational data, or people analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for visual storytelling.
• Experience using Python, R, or SQL for data transformation and workforce modeling.
• Strong communication skills to translate analytics into compassionate insights.
• Personal commitment to equity, inclusion, and psychological safety.
• Master’s degree and global compliance experience are a plus.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and remote wellness metrics is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce trends and track productivity, collaboration, and engagement.
• Develop predictive models and forecast key workforce metrics.
• Use AI-driven insights to inform proactive talent strategies.
• Champion DEI and build data narratives to improve representation and belonging.
