Talently is seeking an experienced Benefits Portfolio Specialist to join our insurance team. In this remote role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of employer groups, support ancillary benefit offerings, and guide clients through open enrollment.

Candidates must reside on the East Coast and be comfortable working remotely. You will coordinate benefit lines, answer client questions, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional service to employer groups ranging from 30 to 150

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with employee benefits.
• Active life and health insurance license.
• Experience handling a portfolio of employer groups, ideally 30–150 groups.
• Knowledge of ancillary benefit lines.
• Ability to work remotely and reside on the East Coast.

• Manage an assigned portfolio of approximately 30 to 150 employer groups.
• Support clients with employee benefits administration and day-to-day service needs.
• Coordinate ancillary benefit lines and help address related client questions.
• Assist employer groups with open enrollment planning, preparation, and execution.
• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to help resolve benefit-related issues.
• Maintain accurate client and benefits records and follow up on outstanding service requests.
