You will manage renewal strategies, lead open enrollment, coordinate with producers, carriers, and internal teams, and seek cross-selling opportunities while delivering consistent, high-quality client service. The role emphasizes relationship-building and staying current on trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits account management or related client service role.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration, renewals, and carrier interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional presence suitable for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor and day-to-day contact for assigned employee benefits clients, building long-term relationships and delivering responsive support.
• Lead open enrollment planning and execution, including employee education, presentations, communications, and ongoing policy administration.
• Partner with Producers, Benefit Consultants, carriers, and internal service teams to deliver tailored benefit solutions and exceptional client experiences.
• Analyze renewal options, develop contribution models, and conduct benchmarking.
• Coordinate RFP processes, carrier submissions, and internal workflows to ensure deadlines and service commitments are met.
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
