Job summary

CalNonprofits Insurance Services, a leading provider of insurance solutions to nonprofits, is a fully remote team based in California and seeking a proactive Employee Benefits Account Manager. You will manage a book of business, serve as the primary client contact, and handle inquiries about products and services with emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of employee benefit account management, strong MS Office365 skills, and an associate degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee benefit account management experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and guidance on coverages, forms, and exclusions.
• Plan and complete day-to-day workload using agency procedures and systems.
• Prepare market analyses, renewals, and carrier submissions.
• Assist employers with on-site/virtual presentations, billing issues, applications, and eligibility.
