The role supports remote work in Eastern and Central time zones, with occasional on-site requirements for branch support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Active licensing required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring performance requirements are met.
• Client Service: Deliver outstanding service, anticipate client needs, respond quickly to requests.
• Team Leadership: Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist others.
• Daily Activities: Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators, assign tasks, monitor execution.
• Business Growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New Business Setup: Manage new business setup including data gathering, client file creation, and notifications.
• Renewal Process: Manage renewals with data verification, liaising with clients and carriers, obtaining rates.
• Client Relationships: Build and improve client relationships; seek feedback and implement improvements.
• Intermediary Role: Advocate for clients and carriers for mutual benefit.
• Value-Added Solutions: Identify and implement value-added solutions for clients.
• Professional Development: Support team training and development, promote a positive environment.
• Communication: Maintain transparent communication with Producers and team members.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
