Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding client service and maintain professional communication.
• Lead the account team and direct daily tasks of Account Coordinators.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Coordinate new business setup, renewals, data management, and client education.
