Job summary

HealthEquity in the United States is seeking an Employee Advocacy Intern to support the growth of its employee advocacy program. This part-time internship offers remote work with a structured onboarding and real-world content creation experience.

You'll develop LinkedIn posts, advocate resources, and campaign materials while partnering with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to boost engagement and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field.
• Enrolled in accredited college or university for duration of internship.
• Demonstrated involvement in student organizations or leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing advocate communications, onboarding, updates, reminders, and resources.
• Conduct monthly advocate check-ins to gather feedback and boost engagement.
• Create LinkedIn posts, spotlight content, thought leadership prompts, and educational resources.
• Support campaigns aligned to company initiatives, recruiting, and brand awareness.
• Track participation, engagement, and program performance metrics.
• Maintain dashboards and provide insights on program effectiveness.
