HealthEquity, Inc. is offering an Employee Advocacy Intern position for a part-time, remote role in the United States. The internship runs February 2027 through June 2027, requiring ongoing college enrollment and 15–20 hours per week.

The role focuses on growing employee advocacy, content creation for LinkedIn, and supporting corporate communications and recruitment marketing efforts. Ideal for students pursuing communications, marketing, or digital media with a passion for social media.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• Preferred candidates are entering their Junior or Senior year.
• Must be enrolled throughout internship duration.
• Involvement in student organizations or leadership roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing advocate communications including onboarding, updates, reminders, and program resources.
• Conduct monthly advocate check-ins to gather feedback and boost engagement.
• Create LinkedIn posts, employee spotlights, thought leadership prompts, campaigns and education resources.
• Support advocacy campaigns aligned to company initiatives, recruiting and brand awareness.
• Identify and spotlight employee success stories and advocate achievements.
• Track advocate participation and program performance metrics.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and provide insights on program effectiveness.
• Partner with Corporate Communications and Talent Acquisition to support advocacy initiatives.
