Responsibilities

• Negotiating, structuring, and executing venture capital financings, including preferred stock rounds, bridge financings, and SAFEs.
• Managing comprehensive legal due diligence on M&A and private financings.
• Advising founders, executives and institutional investors on governance matters.
• Maintaining responsiveness to client needs during business hours, evenings, and weekends to ensure prompt closing of transactions.
• Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and staff across deal teams.
