Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• At least 5 years of Emerging Growth/Venture Capital experience.
• Experience with NVCA, seriesseed.com and Y Combinator forms.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with partners, lawyers, clients, staff, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer calls, and reply to correspondence while meeting deadlines.
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal research to facts.
• Provide timely, accurate, well-reasoned work product.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff; travel as required.
