Job summary

MMDSmart Ltd is seeking an Account Executive to own new business acquisition and account growth across the EMEA region. This remote role requires selling CPaaS solutions (WhatsApp Business API, SMS, push notifications) to mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, fintech, e-commerce, and other high-volume sectors.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B telecom/CPaaS sales, a proven track record of meeting quotas, and strong consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales in Telecom or CPaaS.
Proven quota attainment in new business.
Experience selling to EMEA markets.
Strong consultative selling translating APIs to business value.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Responsibilities

Own and manage a sales pipeline across the EMEA region, from prospecting to close.
Identify and engage prospective clients needing CPaaS solutions.
Conduct product demos and consultative sales conversations tailored to client use cases.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (marketing, CX, IT leaders).
Negotiate commercial terms and close new business, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and identify upsell opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM.
Stay current on regional messaging regulations and competitive landscape.
