MMDSmart Ltd. seeks an Account Executive to own new business acquisition and account growth in Morocco.

This fully remote role manages the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to close—selling our CPaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, fintech, e-commerce, and other high-volume verticals with strong customer communication needs. MMDSmart is a leading CPaaS provider delivering WhatsApp Business API, SMS, and push notification solutions across EMEA and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience selling SaaS, CPaaS, or telecom solutions is a plus.
• Able to manage the full sales cycle independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—for new business in Morocco and across MENA.
• Qualify leads via outbound outreach and referrals; build a healthy pipeline.
• Understand client needs and position CPaaS solutions (WhatsApp Business API, SMS, push).
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams for smooth handoffs.
