Job summary

PharMerica is seeking an eMAR Implementation Consultant to manage integrations with 3rd party eMAR/EHR systems, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful implementations. The role emphasizes customer service and remote work flexibility across the Continental USA.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of experience with eMAR/EHR integrations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and timelines across teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• Must have at least 1 year experience with 3rd party eMAR/EHR systems implementing integration projects or providing technical product support.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management experience.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and channels simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead eMAR integrations by developing timelines with stakeholders and vendors.
• Complete implementation, validation checklists, and documentation for new interfaces.
• Coordinate components and timelines with customers, vendors, technology, and support teams.
• Identify issues and communicate with leadership.
• Coordinate trainings, audits, and in-services per guidelines.
• Provide post-implementation eMAR/EHR interface support to customers.
