Job summary

PharMerica is a closed-door pharmacy serving long-term care and senior living clients, offering non-retail operations and growth opportunities. The eMAR Implementation Consultant role coordinates system integrations with AS/400 or Framework, working with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful deployments across the Continental USA.

The ideal candidate has 1 year or more of experience with 3rd party eMAR/EHR systems and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• Required: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• Must have at least 1 year or more experience with 3rd party eMAR / EHR systems implementing integration projects and/or providing technical product support.
• Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and channels simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation of eMAR integrations to develop timelines and coordinate with stakeholders and external vendors.
• Complete required implementation, validation checklists, and documentation for new interfaces.
• Review and coordinate components and timelines with customers, vendors, technology, and support teams to support pharmacy operating procedures.
• Provide post-implementation eMAR/EHR interface integration support; troubleshoot remotely and resolve issues.
• Consult with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful integrations.
